Who are we?

Aula del Cosmos is a company created in 1994 that specializes in educational and scientific/cultural animated programs related to the teachings of the Science of Space and Earth.

At the beginning our company specialized in offering "in situ" planetarium sessions and scientific workshops at museums and educational centres.

Throughout these years the experience obtained working with these centres led to developing a custom made program that developed special hardware.

We have now placed our experience in the market and launched our peripherals that you will see in this web. Our goal is the following: to allow all planetarium technicians to expand their recreational and educational capacity as well as their cultural teachings.

To make this possible we collaborate with two companies QUIM GUIXA S.L, which manufactures the inflatable domes, and JVV GRUP S.L, that produces all the projectors equipment. These two companies manufacture the hardware.

Aula del Cosmos produces all the software needed to run the planetarium sessions and brings to market all the products from the companies mentioned above.

Who are these items directed to?

These products are to be used by all planetarium users and can be used from small domes up to 3 to 8 meters domes. The planetarium can be run with any of the following projectors; a GOTO EX-3, the new NEX from GOTO, Gambato, Cosmodyssée or Starlab.

It is important to mention that even if we produce our own line of projectors for the sky, our peripherals can be used by any person that already has a planetarium projector.
